Thinking About History: A Guide
Dr. Lisa Gilbert is a middle school history teacher. She tried, as the tweet explains, to explain history as a concept to 8th graders and came up with this chart. This is amazing. I am spending time just staring at it and thinking. It inspires many questions but one shouldn't overlook that this is for 8th graders. There's no reason to dumb down history or anything else.
